According to Yalden, Moli's injury was so serious that they were talking of a possible amputation.
Let's just hope that he can make it back onto the rugby field at some stage. Such an outstanding prospect.
must be pretty bad as he is having multiple surgeries

www.medicinenet.com/hematoma/article.htm#what_are_the_complications_of_a_hematoma
What are the complications of a hematoma?
Hematomas cause swelling and inflammation. Often the inflammation and swelling cause irritation of adjacent organs and tissues, and cause the symptoms and complications of a hematoma. One common complication of all hematomas is the risk of infection. While the hematoma is made of old blood, it has no blood supply itself and therefore is at risk for colonization with bacteria.

Ok in that case it’s a haematona that has gone badly wrong: such as a fasciitis or other serious infection. No way they amputate for a simple clot.

Super Rugby Judiciary Week #3 Richie Mo'unga of the Crusaders was issued with a Warning for contravening Law 9.13 - A player must not dangerously tackle an opponent early, late or dangerously, during a Super Rugby match at the weekend. The incident occurred in the 39th minute of the match between the Crusaders and Stormers played at AMI Park, Christchurch on Saturday 3 March 2018. A Warning may be issued by the SANZAAR Citing Commissioner for foul play incidents that are very close to, but in their opinion do not meet the Red Card threshold for citings. Upon further review of the match footage the Citing Commissioner deemed a Warning was appropriate for this incident.

@stargazer Guys like Wainui, who get cut from Super squads are in an unusual position.
I've been quite impressed to see that Bedwell-Curtis has evidently hung around Christchurch and is now getting another opportunity with the Crusaders. Doesn't appear to have dropped his lip.
Hard to know what sort of conversation he had with Razor, but he was certainly more unlucky than Wainui - HB-C played very well last year, there just seemed to be more good loose forwards than spots available.
Mitch Dunshea might be testing patience though. Entering his third season (I think) on the injured list. He and Tim Perry among the more expert water bottle carriers in NZ!

Yeah, I went through Mataura a few times and I can understand why Meg and Cowan left. I didn't think the McKenzies were from there. Gore isn't much better.
Yeah, family farm was just north of Gore but the stench of Mataura travels far

Rebels gave the brumbies a 33-10 dust up.
