The Herald understands the Principality Stadium roof will be open this weekend in an attempt to mitigate the speed of the AB's attack.

With rain in the forecast are we expecting the roof to be closed?
Home team's call but I think it likely.
Away team's call
What's the point in having your own stadium if you can't close the roof according to your own whims?

They were, I think, the first big international team to have it. There was a big furour about how tey would control the conditions, so WRU agreed to that both teams have to decide it closed - otherwise it stays open. Betcha they regret their largesse now! Gatland whinged about it in his time

World number 1 again if we win 😜
I've been to Hereford twice, one fun (marine counter terrorism in a lynx), one not so much (resistance to interrogation training) - would be a good trip for ABs

Bemused about what the roof has got to do with it, surely more to do with all the people you will be socially undistancing yourself with.

Forced on them by our risk averse Welsh Government

You can pick your Wales starting XV here.
https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/rugby-union/59033734
Still looks a very good team, especially the forwards, but bench won't be as experienced as that of the 6 Nations side.
My XV
That team is a long long way from the shit team I’ve been reading about.
Lots of seasoned 6N players, coupla lions and some rookies.
Wales aren’t out if this mate.
Back row would be:
Josh Navidi, Justin Tipuric, Taulupe FaletauBiggar at 10
North at 13
LRZ at 14That's 6 Lions missing
-
@mikethesnow not saying it’s full strength.
Just saying it’s not as weak as it’s being made out. Certainly no worse than the Arg team that beat us last year.

Definitely not as weak as they're saying. Rhys-Zammit and North are the 2 big losses. If the team above the front 5 look first choice.

Take out 6 of your starters, whole new complexion.
But you have far greater depth than us, so not as impactful.

Taine Basham is a great name, more so if he was a prop!

Thinly veiled "I'm a hard bastard" post.

Stuff not talking absolute bollocks, which is nice

Plumtree is talking up Savea as a no.8 again, mentioning his ball-carrying as a big strength of his. I am assuming that points to him playing there against Wales rather than at 7. So that would mean Ioane at 6 and Blackadder at 7. Jacobson on the bench. Maybe Papalii slots in at openside if they think he is back to near 100%.
It's really only the loose forward combo, who starts at 1st 5 and the right winger that is up for grabs. I am predicting that Mo'unga starts as he has a combination with Havili. Reece or Jordan. The reserves might be more interesting, particularly hooker and the backs.

Blackadder and Ioane travelled to Wales early. So I think the trio you mentioned was pencilled in a while ago
This will be BB’s 100th AB game. It shouldn’t matter, but I suspect they’ll start him

The Eurasian variety? You bastard, they're endangered.
(NB "counter terrorism" is a pretty good description of the state of the kitchen after I've been cooking there, according to her indoors). -

I wonder how big/tall the Welsh forwards are..

Is it better to be replaced in your 100th test or come on to the applause of the crowd? Unless little brother takes one for the team.
