Some bloke (from another forum) who was there actually thought it shut down the discussion and that tough questions weren't really asked of the organisation.

Imagine if I was there, Shontayne Hape wouldn't have come near me with the microphone.

Interesting, I'll ask my mate what he reckons as he was there too.

Another point I would make, is that you can see the players signing autographs for the kids on the side. None of them even talks to the kids, it's just heads down sign the poster and move onto the next one.

That's disgraceful I reckon. They should make an effort particularly with young kids. I've seen the Abs at similar signing sessions and difference is remarkable
-

Konrad on the Gold Coast? I can not wait for the headlines out of that.

Get him round to yours for a party!
-

do you often have people from Bluff around for a quick beer?

-

mate, Its Aussie, you have public transport, travel is cheap as, who gives!

I don't care how big Queensland is, you should be welcoming him to Aussie!
-

I'm only inviting him over if he brings a carton

He'll have so much more scope for Snapchat filming once he buys a convertible and enjoys the GC sun with the top down.
-

Confirmed...GC it is!

GC but Konrad Hurrell can't play the Warriors in round 17 as part of the deal. Expect to see "Konrad Harold" in the starting 17 for that game.

Another let down by management. The deal should have guaranteed he would start and handed him the captaincy that round.
-

So if he has been sacked , what is the deal with his contract money wise ?

Are they paying him out ?
-

Given that the Warriors instigated it they call around the other clubs and see who is willing to offer him the most money. Obviously his stock has fallen so usually no club will be willing to offer the full clip so they will release him to whatever club offers the highest salary that the player is agreeable to playing for. The Warriors would then top up the difference between his contract with the Titans and what he was on at the Warriors.

That's at least been the process in the past. If it was player instigated (i.e. homesickness, hates the club etc etc) then they would just release him with no pay out.
-

That is what I figured , and the short fall gets included in your salary cap , this where they have to be careful sacking everyone like the fools on radio sport go on about , not as simple as that if they are contracted
-
So obviously now the players will improve 1000%..

http://nzh.tw/11645548

They're in desperate need of a pact.
-

pacts are so last decade, they need to get a different Aura!
