@majorrage I know villa had a good season, but he really deserves better than villa, hopefully he goes somewhere better. Although I guess all the kiwis with Burnley jerseys can just pretend they're villa ones.
I'm not sure he does really. lower mid-table is his sweet spot

I agree, he has done really well to carve out a career for himself at the highest level but City aren't about to get the cheque book out for him.

Conte won’t be joining Spurs. Lack of Cheque book action likely reason.
Predictable. The cynics would think Levy created the rumours to sell a few season tickets

Tottenham Hotspur have named Nuno Espirito Santo as their new manager, the Premier League club said on Wednesday.
His first job will be pleading with Kane to stay.
"Hi Harry, you're not Portuguese or as good as Jimenez but please stay"
-
I think this is a superb appointment.
Been really impressed with Nuno and Wolves. Made the team incredibly difficult to beat and extremely well structured. CAn't think of another manager who deserves a bump up to a bigger club. We shall see how it goes.

Kane to Man City looks to be a goer.
Harry Kane is set to complete his record-breaking transfer to Manchester City after the Sun revealed that Tottenham Hotspur chairman Daniel Levy has finally agreed to sell his prized asset to a Premier League rival. The 27-year-old put in a transfer request at the end of last season after Spurs failed to win any silverware once again, but Levy only informed Kane of his decision to allow him to join an English club last week. Manchester City are said to be Kane's "preference" and are set to offer the England captain a contract worth £400,000 per week to join for a record £160 million transfer fee.

I think 160K is a good deal for Spurs. It will be tough losing him, but we are selling right at the top of the market for a 29 year old who will soon start to taper down. Now we have to spend it wisely

@canefan yeah on paper it's pretty hard to say he's worth that much.
But attracting replacements of that calibre will be almost impossible. Spurs will be a weaker side without him.
Bold prediction: Arsenal fans are going to celebrate st totteringham's day if this does go through.

I agree about the replacement issue, you don't easily replace the golden boot and assist leader. We will need to see how Nuno restructures the team, considering how many goals and assists Kane and Son got last year and our final placing, it is fair to say major strengthening of our leaky defence will take up some of the slack

Jadon Sancho has joined Man Utd for £73 million:

Man City are trying to buy Grealish, Kane, and are being mentioned as the number one suitor for Lionel Messi. FFP is a farce
They've got Grealish. Not sure they'll get either of the others.
I think Kane will go abroad. Messi could well go to City given it's a free & Pep is there, but I think he's more likely to stay in Europe somewhere.

@majorrage
I forgot that the UK is now floating somewhere in the mid-Atlantic.Looking less and less like a power play by Barca but I still think he is still most likely to stay with Barca. Even rival clubs know the difference he makes to their league.
