I'm pretty sure nothing has been announced but available Suncorp corporate tickets came around last week.
A listing of all NRL games, SoO AND 2x Reds games versing NZ teams was circulated last week.
Looked like v Sith on I think 22 May, and Blues 4 June. I put dibs in for Blues as Sader's game was already gone.
May just be placeholders based on possible finish positions, but the plans are in place.
-
Re the thugba loig. All the QLD Darby matches and SoO were booked. Funnily Warriors was available.
-
Days and locations are already set, sort from middle week, is nothing to do with places in domestic tournaments. The middle week super round is binned, and who hosts is being negotiated around revenue sharing

Also significant is that only one NZ franchise, the Hurricanes, get 3 home games in SR T-T. All other NZ franchises have only 2 home games.
Incorrect, the ex super round home games have not been allocated yet
-
@machpants the Hurricanes game has been, they are playing the Force in Napier.
The first three games for the Canes - Tahs (away) Rebels (home) and Force (home) gives them a great platform to do well in this competition.

@chris Iām sure the tie breaker will be points differential so Iād imagine every NZ team will be going all guns blazing to score as many tries as possible.
That could make it a very entertaining comp.

The Chiefs draw is a bit shit. Go to Perth, back to the Tron, Over to Townsville, back to the Tron, over to Sydney.
The only team that goes back and forth every week (and only get 2 home games)EDIT: Only kiwi team. The Tahds cop the same. Home, Auckland, Home, Dunedin, Home. At least they get 3 home games as compo.

Qld must have offered a good deal to play the game in Townsville as the Chiefs are the only NZ team that was affected by covid crowd restrictions for a home game this season.
-
@stargazer I've been so oblivious to this it completely slipped my mind that I'd be able to go to games.
The Chiefs at Brookvale
The Canes at the SCG (I might take a banner to abuse the Canes as an organisation even though I'll be cheering for them.)
The Canes at Canberra (I can make another banner).
The Chiefs at Townsville. I might even make this trip even though Townsville has been one of the few places in Oz I've visited that I didn't really care for.

@machpants typical - Blues get Brumbies and Reds away.
Nope - Brumbies at Eden Park

At 8pm in June? Watch it at a pub.

Yeah, I didn't factor that in, I'll definitely stay at home to watch that one and abuse the Canes in the Fern as I watch.

Spot on, sorry the previous graphic had Brumbies first so I assumed it was at home for them
