And that's the game. Great second half from Curry and Thompson, and some big plays thrown in from Draymond, Barnes, Iguadala.

The tale of this series, and the Warriors season, is the strength of the supporting cast. When Steph and Klay have a down quarter or half, the others are so reliable at stepping up to cover. Tonight was a case in point- James-Michael McAdoo comes out of nowhere, as does Anderson Varejao. They make big plays to keep GSW in the game.

On the other hand, Cleveland's bench players are far less reliable, and it was shown again tonight. Lue just has no faith in them. And then JR, Love and Thompson go quiet and it's game over once Kyrie and Lebron start missing shots.

Curry and Barnes were huge I thought.

Cavs need at least one of JR, Jefferson or Frye to be on for them to really test this Warriors defence. Not there tonight.

Frye has been the biggest disappointment of the finals for mine. Barely sighted.

Will be interesting to see who they give finals MVP to if the Warriors close it out on Tuesday. It's wide open. Maybe Draymond?

They play so well off the ball and almost always make the extra pass for an easy score. I'm sure it's no coincidence that they get bench players in who shine in Kerr's system. It is the ultimate equal opportunity system

Lebron showed his hand when he basically mugged Curry. He had nothing so just went over the top with the contact.

The big thing about MJ and the thing that separates him from Lebron was his ability to take control and get his team mates over the line. Lebron goes.on the offensive and that includes against his own team mates.

And he tried to punk Draymond. I'm no fan of Green but LBJ pushed him down then tried to step over him as he was getting up. Then he got all hissy when they got tangled. The Cavs aren't built as well or as deep as the warriors. They could have done with Andrew Wiggins on the wing just saying

Yeah it was a clear strategy to try and bait Green. You only step over a guy on the ground to disrespect them - Allen Iverson over Tyronne Lue; D-Wade over Verajo; Pippen over Ewing - to name a few memorable ones.

If they can get a T or two out of Green he could be suspended for a game.

MJ went over the top against team mates as well. It's just that there was no Twitter back in the 90s.....

To his credit he didn't bite. Steven Adams would have been proud

He punched Steve Kerr at practice, among other people! The stories of him taunting his team mates, especially Scotty Pippen are the stuff of legends. Where do you think Kobe Bryant got all of his ideas from!

So Draymond gets suspended for game 5 after his altercation with Lebiatch. I'm not a fan of Draymond's niggle and felt like he should have been punished for kicking Adams in the jewels twice. But he got hosed this time, LBJ started the whole thing just like he lashed out at Steph Curry at the end of game 4

Fucken ridiculous decision, especially after the fact. Absolutely nothing in that.

Gives the Cavs a glimmer of hope for tomorrow, and puts pressure on the Warriors bigs to step up. Might see a bit more of James-Michael McAdoo...

Nope, that was def a f,agrant 1, not worthy of ejection in game or a suspension.

But he was suspended due to to many flagrants in the playoffs. If he didnt want to be suspended, he shouldnt have been a niggly dirty prick for the last month.

Fuck him.

I'm with you Baron. The nutkickingfloptripper has been a disgrace these playoffs. He has constantly overstepped the line between emotional leader/do anything guy and just plain dirty play.

LeBron has been disappointing this series for mine, The stats look OK, but in the big moments he just hasn't got it done. Perhaps that indicative of his career really - the most durable, consistent player of a generation, a top 5 player all-time for sure - but not able to really step up in the clutch is what keeps him from the top spot, and maybe from the top 3.

These Cavs just can't defend well enough, and when they aren't hitting the 3 ball, the offense turns to tripe. The ball stops moving, it becomes an iso with LBJ or Kyrie, and you don't win like that unless you have KD and Russ on your team - and even then. They also can't finish well enough inside, which negates the advantage they have on the offensive boards. And lets not even get into the depth discussion.

    Welcome back voodoo.

Points in the paint has been a big issue for the Cavs against the better teams this season. They e been fortunate to have a very good offensive rebounder in Thompson that has created a number of 2nd and 3rd chance opportunities.

Dubs to win by 10 tomorrow.

Ripper of a first half, scores tied at 61. Lebron, Klay, Irving and Curry all playing well. The absence of Green has freed up the Cavs offensively, and the Warriors need a bit more out of their bigs.

Amazing half really. Just when Klay looked like he would shoot the Cavs out of the game, LBJ and Kyrie kept pace.

Dubs missing that defensive rebound and push that Draymond is awesome at.

Pretty good ball movement for GSW even without their leading assist man. Cavs playing make iso (as expected). JR needs to keep it going
