The guy taking me is an aussie, and we're both bringing a spare jersey along which the loser will have to wear for a night out afterwards. It seemed like a great bet at the time, but if the unthinkable should happen and is followed by a night of random Aussies high-fiving me while I'm wearing their jersey, I might kill myself.

If the ABs win, will there be a ritual of burning the gold ones -

Looking back was the experience better or worse than watching the Eng v Wales match? -
England Wales was fantastic. Getting a tooth pulled sucked a big box of cocks

I am based in the Middle East, so have an early morning flight to London. Get to some pub in Richmond for a liquid lunch with some good mates (from all over), then head to Twickenham for the game. I have a late Sunday afternoon flight back and arrive home at about 5am Monday morning. Quick scrub and then off to work - just a day I couldn't get out of! Main issue is not to get too smelly so the person next to me on the plane back is gagging...I'll no doubt wear my AB jersey all weekend. Should be a beauty.

If the unthinkable happens. I won't talk - possibly for days. I will probably manage to go on Fern to congratulate the Aussies but I will avoid radio, TV and every other outlet for the rabid whingers. Telling everyone that it's only a game and not believing if for a moment.

I'll get over it pretty quickly though. By Xmas I should be coming right.

Just wanting to clarify that the 2am RWC final time in the Foxtel Guide is actually 2am across the whole of Aussie ...stuck question mark button...glue mishap thingy...I know there will be an hour of pre-game stuff and kick off will be 3am but am concerned that the actual times will be an hour earlier here in Qld.

2am kick off here -

2am kick offs are a pain. You need a lot of brownie points in the bank when you slide back into bed at 4 and are keen for a celebratory root. -
Good start just watched the taipans win a thriller in Adelaide

I'm really wanting to support the Taipans, but a team that has both Worthington and Loughton, NO WAY. Happy for Starks though. Thought both he and Craig played awesome. Big fan of both Tragardh and Glindon also. Cam is an efficient offensive player and Glindon can play both ends.

Loving the NBL this season. Have watched every game. The quality has gone up a few notches.
