Yeah but the theatre remains while the young kid is at the crease!
Agreed. No short stuff yet but expect that to be the case until the shine comes off

Just the one bouncer (4th or 5th ball he faced) which he tried to paddle round but went over his head.

Fuck Warner looks sore
At least he can now get some ice on it...
Terrible shot

Not a lot coming off the middle of the bat though. He'll either get his eye in, or an edge will go to a fielder.

?? Apart from the top edge I would say they are very much out of the middle. Especially his defense.

A bunch of replays from Fox showing edges. Not saying he's all at sea out there, but the ball is moving.

I'm watching fox too. I have seen the top edge and one defensive edge.
I may have blinked though

And even then the top edge wasn’t that risky given fine leg was squarish.
Will has looked good.

His bat looks about 6 inches wide. You can see why he's rated so highly. THe concussion could be the only headache (arf arf). He looks very very hard to get out
Bumrah is some bowler, too. Just great control, pace and bounce.

Doesn't seem to be too many demons in this pitch?
Is this where we start the, imagine if we were batting on this wicket 😀
