Australia v India

How the fuck is this shit rabble number 1 in the world?
For 2 home series now the Indians have been obviously better than the home side. Pink balls are the only Australia win🙂
They pissed this one in this one with only 2 quick bowlers!
But let's all focus on the most bizarre hour of test cricket ever at Adelaide with a painted ball, and call the series Australia's to lose. We'll conveniently ignore all the other sessions and the home town umpiring because Tim Paine talks humorously on the stump mic
🙂(any bites...?)

Drop Burns for Warner. Simples.
-
Drop Head and move Wade down to 5. Simples.
-
Give Pucovski a shot at the top with Warner, concussions notwithstanding.
The rest of them are not in critically bad form, so no need to change.
That's roughly right.
Warner, Smith, Laubaschagne, Cummins, Starc, Lyon, Hazlewood are all world class or pretty close to it - Paine probably is as well. Just need to find three more - and Green is well on the way.

Did anyone see if they'd announced the venue for Test 3?
Announcement coming from CA around 6pm Melb/Syd time apparently.
Announcement has been delayed as Sydney are making a late push to host it.

Chickens coming home to roost for Australia, who are completely reliant on 2 players to score all their runs.
Their all-time attack means they are never out of tests, but as an opposition bowling unit you only have to put all your time in to 2 players. And Warner if it's in aus (which is why they are super vulnerable overseas). And if marnus turns out.to be not a long term gun they are in trouble
Wade, burns and head wouldn't make the black caps. Green either. Paine is gutsy but limited (looks a good keeper.and skipper though).

Fucking Australians.
A sports-starved year and once again it's all over in three and a bit days!
Fluffybunnies! At about $4,500 a day for 3½ days the poor inept lads are doing alright, that'll ease their pain.
That's just the home Test fee - there's also part of the $550,000 annual contract fee for merely turning up on time at Marriotts and Sheratons at exotic locations around the world. Good work if you can get it, eh?

Of ypur middle order showed defensive technique like that, you would have scored a heap more

CA have announced 3rd test will be in Sydney.
18 new community transmission cases today. There will be more, so this seems like an interesting move.

Yep. Investment banker, former NSW premier, and soon-to-be Cricket Australia board member Mike Baird was instrumental in ensuring the match stayed in Sydney. - SMH
You couldn't find a more stuffed suit. Should've stayed in Melbourne (or gone for a fast, bouncing deck in Perth - although India would never allow that).

Burns dropped.
