With that many in the squad they could come back into NPC pretty banged up and bruised given the number of games they will probably now have to play. Much easier for the Magpies when all they ever did was train at the Hurricanes!

im also well aware that the Highlanders often carry several players who some would argue are NPC level at best, it will be really interesting to see how their first string players will gel

@kiwiwomble i am really hopeful they are competitive, i believe their first game is at home against the Brumbies at Mt Smart.
More than anything else i hope it inspires a group of young polynesian kids that they can earn a living and more important play for their country of orgin.
