2020 Rugby Championship in Oz

@Machpants people are afraid of owning things that haven't gone well
whats so hard about "jeez, I learnt a lot, some of the stuff we tried didn't pay off like we wanted. some of those we're going to persist with because we really think they'll work, some of the others we're going to change up next year, plenty to work on"
that would at least make it look like he watched the games

Or learnt something, which has been my complaint with him all along.

I see on the breakdown, Fozzie is satisfied with the season overall
FFS
FFS indeed.
It wasn't 1998 level, but that was a bad season.

We won both the trophies on offer, but that's about all you could say. Inconsistent, same same as 2019. Hoping for more next year

Hoping, yes, expecting, no.
As for the trophies, we got lucky with the TN and somebody is tapping the side of both of those cups with a spoon to get our attention but nobody on our side seems to be listening.

I wouldn't read too much into answers to the softball questions asked by The Breakdown.
Foster did talk about in Brisbane and Parramatta the big problems were not adjusting to the refs, getting niggled, the attack getting blinkered/not going to the right places.

its pretty bad the more I think about it, really sounds like NZR see the future as the outside investors rather than just tickets/tv/merch....and to get the best deal we really need to keep the top billing, if we just become just another international team then surely a team in a bigger market with bigger conventional revenue streams will become more attractive

@Kiwiwomble RA are pretty much looking for private investment in the game right now. Can't sustain what we have with what we've got
