Fat lazy git: Donsteppa

Amazing, despite running only twice a week and eating like a small pig I've been wavering between 82kg and 83kg. Giving me incentive to step it up again to really get some results <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' /><br />
<br />
Still thats down from 87kgs at the start of the year -
That'll do pig. That'll do <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

Have tried the Coke Zero and while it's not quite the Evil Filth that is Diet Coke, it's still on a slippery slope. <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':lol:' /> -
Do your exercise first thing the morning steppa, apparently it is the best time to burn fat.

Five days in a row, this calls for the pie to be washed down with a burger... <br />

Unfortunately Bart is correct. <br />
<br />
However, I've discovered a cunning plan of taking running gear to work, getting Mrs Steppa to drive the car home at the end of the day and me running home instead. Only a 20 minute run but a way of avoiding the coming winter blues of getting home after dark and being too lazy to go out again. -
Not much movement in the last couple of weeks but down to 82kgs now - 2 since Fatbusters and 5 since the start of the year. Time to get back into the exercise side of things on a regular basis methinks... 80kgs is so tantalisingly close as the next milestone!

Once under 80kg steppa you should be barred from this site!!!<br />
<br />
Thought it was fatbusters???? Not wanna be jockeys!! -
Was just liught enough when I got home from work to entice me out for the bike to the lake/run round lake/bike home circuit. Took me about 5 minutes longer than it did back in March - now an hour all up <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='B)' />

it nice running in the cold though if you have the right kit - the full tracksuit, wooly hat etc. Have been for a few runs in Hams over the years (very few), and enjoyed them, fog, etc. <br />
<br />
If you stop running in the fog, and no one sees you stop, does it count...?
