TJ and Marshall got it right. He didn't keep his feet as he went forward. Poor technique

@Steven-Harris I disagree with that, if you want to keep it in and push for a penalty you have to keep the scrum up. They could've cleared it and played, they choose to keep it in. Risk reward didn't come off
