found it! Streak now broken, stood at 20.
Since the start of the 2021 calendar year, the Dolphins are 0-9 when the opposing starting quarterback doesn't have an "o" in his last name. Conversely, they've won 11 straight against quarterbacks whose last name includes an "o." This has held true for 20 STRAIGHT GAMES. The last time it didn't happen was Week 16 of the 2020 season, when Ryan Fitzpatrick's miraculous completion helped lift the Dolphins over the Raiders and signal-caller Derek Carr.

@nzzp haha reminds me of the commentator from the baseball movie Little Big League
An interesting side note; that’s the 14th one-run game for the Tigers already this season. Tops for any team north of the Mason-Dixon Line, whose home games are not played in a dome.

that stats from teh Bills v Dolphins are fucking crazy
this season is all over the shop

Would have to be some concern in Vegas.
After a strong finish to last season with an interim coach to make the playoffs the Raiders are 0-3 with new head coach McDaniels - who failed as a head coach in Denver a decade ago.
preseason the talk was if the AFC West could get 4 teams in to the playoffs.
If Denver can't beat the Niners (and i see no reason why we can) then the entire division will be 4-8

Cripes talk about a cripple fight.
Russell Wilson and Jimmy G were awful.
Broncos prevail 11-10 in a woeful game.
Shanahan is such a weird coach.
On one hand he manages to get the 49ers to the Super Bowl (and nearly another) with a limited QB in Jimmy G.
On the other hand it's the 49ers defense that's carrying the team. The offense looks awful and as the offensive guru Shanahan has to take the blame.
-
@KiwiMurph Denver are friggen terrible. And yet somehow the Niners were worse
Jimmy G and a 4th quarter turnover, name a more iconic duo, I'll wait.

I'll wipe that game before watching then.....

Dolphins star QB Tua got concussed on Sunday (they called it a 'back injury') was allowed to play Thursday night and then this happened.
NFL lead the way in a lot of things - not in regards to concussion management.
This makes me think of Any Given Sunday and how James Woods played the rogue doctor.

49ers defense is legit.
The offense is still a worry but Deebo Samuel is a monster.
Gonna be a number of teams with dominant defences battling it out this season

gossip!
Brady and Gisele are getting divorced
ooooh
The fact that he chose to come back and face NFL pass-rushers after a month of being at home said a lot...
Which one earns the most? Who pays alimony?
Divorce court should be fun. It will look for all money that Gisele will be getting everything until Tom stages the customary late comeback to get the house, the kids, and child support.

also Denver fucking suck
The 6th ranked defense carrying the 30th ranked offence to a solid 2-2 despite a soft draw.
crazy stat. Lions are #1 ranked offense and #32 ranked defense. Hilarious.

-
TNF right now looking like two washed QBs going 3 and out at each other
-
deadset the Waikato Spears had a better passing offence than either of these teams. Just throw after throw to grass or opposition players.
-
fuck you!!
Denver lose an absolute cripple fight in OT because our great QB who we have until at least 2050 fucking sucks and couldn't find the actual open receiver standing by himself in the EZ.
look at the dogshit stats
10 sacks int eh game. 36 first downs total
Ryan went 26/41
Wilson 21/39
Both threw 2 intercepts.fuck

I only started following Denver a bit because I was there when they won the Superbowl and it was a very cool experience. Meanwhile 'my' team, Bengals, couldn't even trouble their division, let alone any higher. World has turned upside down.
