I've watched a couple of european football games with no crowds and it gives off a weird, weird vibe.

    Confirmed.

New Zealand's three-match one-day international series against Australia will be played behind closed doors, Cricket Australia (CA) announced. The Black Caps will now play two matches in an empty Sydney Cricket Ground on Friday and Sunday, with a third match against their trans- Ta$man rivals scheduled for next Friday in Hobart.

Can’t they have a sound track of applause and heckling through the sound system?

Make it kiwi biased so the odd Warner is a piston wristed gibbon comes through on a regular basis

Just get the most annoying person you know to play with your stereo for 7 hours. Will like being in the actual stadium.

Kane's luck doesn't follow him when he leaves NZ. Aust wins the toss and surprise, surprise, will bat.

@shark I'm not really expecting them to play two spinners.

    What would I know!

Oz however are unleashing Cummins, Starc and Hazlewood on us to open any scabs!

And Finch starts with a ball clearly hitting the back of the bat - caught behind - everyone thinks it's out except the umpire - and we don't review.

Acoustics of the empty stadium fooling the umpire?

What aren’t we playing that tall bugger against these guys? Given how hard this pitch is he could bowl a good length and have it fizzing up the throat

@Crucial Dunno - I think it was Kane wasn't sure.

I was celebrating in real time - and especially when Trent did his little finger circle celebration.

Whole thing was very strange - it was the howler the review is designed for.

Kane should NEVER be in charge of the reviews.
