Some team news - DrivingMaul failed to tip so he has been dropped by Canes Black for Bones who turned up a week late. Nevorian has also turned up a week late and has joined Blues B as they were the only team with 5 - so as of right now all teams have 6 players, let's see if this can last all season.
A few went for the Sharks but only 1-8 - namely Richie, Smudge, Broughie and DK- Smudge leads with 15 as the only one of the 4 to pick the Brumbies 9-16. Everyone picked a Brumbies win so close scores all round so far. Broughie leads overall, posting this in case he never leads again!
BOP Chiefs 9 - 8 Hurricanes Black
Blues A 9 - 9 Barbarians
Blues B 11 - 9 SunJags
South Island 10 - 9 Hurricanes GoldBroughie 63
Hydro11 62
Langakali 62
Higgins 62
OomPB 62
Sportboy 61
Hooroo 59
GT12 59
Virgil 58
Smudge 58 -
Results are all in and everything is up to date at https://www.thesilverfern.com/tipping/
Check out all of the stats as Duluth has done a fantastic job to present them all so well.
Top score of the weekend was OomPB with 47 to take him 7 clear at the top - Stag next best with 45 and only Gunner, Tim and Langakali scored 40 or more. All of those 5 except Stag picked the Bulls as low scorers - Stag picked up 4 maximums including taking the Canes 1-8. He and Tim were the only 2 brave enough to pick the Canes to win.
Langakali sits 2nd behind OomPB and amazingly Sportboy is 3rd, I can't remember him in so lofty a position. GT12 is 4th, Higgins 5th with Stag rising 22 spots to be level in 6th with Joan and Mary. Big rises also for Gunner (28th to 12th) and Tim (40th to 21st). A big fall for Hydro11 from 1st to 27th and also a spot on the lowest scores board with 19 - joining Antipodean who achieved the difficult feat of "beating" last week's score of 21.

I'm assuming the Most points/fewest points on the tipping spreadsheet just doesn't work? As last week it said I had Crusaders as most points which I didn't and now this week it has Crusaders again even though I haven't selected them for most points.
The tipping spreadsheet includes every set of tips made so far this season. You need to go to the end of the spreadsheet to see your latest tips where you'll find you picked the Chiefs ......

Same as my reply to Hooroo - the most recent tips are at the end of the spreadsheet, so from 9 Feb onwards - so far there are 5 picks for the Chiefs and none for the Moondogs.

Thanks mate. I'm guessing that is the umpteenth time you have had to say that.

@dogmeat lets talk in 8 weeks, if you can still remember this conversation by then...just getting into form, week 4* I'll be fizzing, by the end I wont even be able to see you in my rear-view mirror!
if by some strange coincidence, my week 4 is no better than week 1 or 2, then I have decided that this competition isnt worth my time and I am dialling it in, just giving folk like you a bit of confidence.
