Hiku you egg.
-
People can criticise the sin bin but rules are rules and Tevaga was stupid enough to throw the short jab.
-
@African-Monkey it's league mate 🙂

Yeah nah.
Should’ve sin binned the Eels player as well then for his chin music too.

Disagree. The scuffle started because the tackler was blatantly grinding his head into the face of Tevaga after the tackle was completed. You sinbin one, you have to sinbin both.
-
@Siam I know haha and the rules are OTT, but it is what it is, don't give the ref a reason to penalise you over something soft like that.
@ACT-Crusader Uh, yeah, a stupid play from Tevaga which wasn't needed. Cost the Warriors 2 tries as a result.
-
Some consolation to this NRL round, Tigers beating Manly last night was good to watch.

Coach reckons they got it wrong too. Both should’ve been binned if they went down that path.

Packer and Reynolds fucked off home at half time.

We got stiffed again. But we still had plenty of time to win the game and came up short. Disappointing

I am glad i support the Warriors over a couple of other clubs right now
What the fuck is wrong with the Tigers? The players sound like the softest bunch of fucking snowflakes in the league. No wonder they have a mortgage on 9th, playing finals takes at least some intestinal fortitude. It looks like the roster needs a hard reset.

I took the liberty of bolding the relevant bit of your post. Half of the squad isn't NRL standard. It matters not what Madge does until we can fix that problem. My only hope is the club shows more fortitude than the players and stays the course, setting a culture for success.

There's a lot of noisy idiots who support the Tigers. Just look at the Farah episode.

@mariner4life just on making the top 8, do we dare to believe that we are in with a show.
We are on 14 points, currently in 10th (Tigers in 9th on 1; points also) and we’ve got Sharks, Raiders and Manly next 3 games. 2 very winnable games and a tough one against Canberra.

they'll need to win all 3. And i can't see us beating Canberra in Canberra.
If we dip out on the finals on points differential, to me that is preseason expectations exceeded, and post-covid expectations massively exceeded.
-
@mariner4life agree, need to win all three, its the only way we can beat the sharks on points without points differential come into play. Still possible, but unlikely. EDIT : Technically can still achieve 8, even if we lose to Canberra, but it will mean sharks will have to also lose all remaining games.
