I think he has a three year development contract with them. @Stargazer will be able to confirm.

Yes, 3 year contract with the Canes. Rumour has it, that his first year (2019) was a development contract and the next two a full contract, but that hasn't been confirmed.

We've got Gareth Evans there as another Number 8. Surely three would be one too many?
