Bit slow this week. I blame Mrs boo for leading me astray and poruing booze down my throat. Need to refocus. Still a loss of weight though - but need to up the effort. -

belt - looser = good, tighter = bad.<br />

Tee shirts - tighter on chest while belt is looser = good. Tighter on chest AND belly while belt is also tighter = very bad.<br />

Those are about the only measures I take, although with my dodgy bicep getting better, I might run a tape over both of them to see what size has changed.... -

Hi there folks ... have not been avoid you all ... well OK I have. Have struggled through the Christmas period, including the build up and all the functions and ill discipline of being off work and have bounced around the 104ish mark.<br />

I initially avoided checking in here as I had a couple of weekly bumps upwards - and after that I just never made time to check in here. I still weighed pretty regulalry and have kep up the gym (although it got a bit quiet for a week or two and couldn't do much over Christmas ... and missed this morning so I could update you all ... <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/rugby/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' /> ).<br />
