Knock on was clearly after the knee

@Kirwan Yeah just watched the closeup slowmo replay and it was after contact.

Exactly, he didn’t lose the ball until after the knee to the back

So the Scotland vs Japan game will be huge. Scots stay in the hunt with a bonus point win tonight

My initial response was "bullshit" but he definitely loses it after contact.

    Soft but correct

The ref has been quietly excellent. Probably the best performer in the game

@MiketheSnow That's just a stupid decision. He knocked the ball on before Fidow hit him.

Not sure I agree with the yellow either.

He kneed him the back, incredibly dangerous, not even a tackle

That BP could make or break this pool.

    Huge implications.

Samoa really have let themselves down this game.
But gutsy display by the Jocks. Deserved winners.

Samoan 11 was an idiot. Twice.

    So many delicious outcomes here.

And the tournament will be ripped right open when Fiji beat Wales 😉

Well, it will keep the Judicial Committee busy.

Yeah. There were a couple of instances he could have been blown before that last PT.

I wonder if a two yellow red avoids a ban?

I'm wondering what a mandatory 10-week camp for each of Tonga, Samoa, and Fiji could achieve. Given they've been fairly flat this RWC.

First time a Red Card has been the highlight of a game

@Kirwan That's often the case, but they'll have a look at the individual offending and assess the severity. If he doesn't get a ban now, it will still go on the player's record, and if he gets more cards, it will contribute to a future ban.

    Got what they needed.

The Pacific Islands just aren't playing enough Tests together. Not sure what the remedy is.
