interesting Gardner let Ireland move when the Japanese 9 had hands on
It was offside he just let it go. Number 1 team in the world always get favoured by the ref

-
You fucking beauty.
Thoroughly deserved.
Great skill.
Ireland lucky Japan scored because the YC was coming out from Gardner.
Great kick
Japan 16 - 12 Ireland
61 mins gone -
I can’t believe Japan has the lead at the 60 minute mark. Insane.
-
Ireland decided they want to play.
Lifted the tempo superbly. And with ease.
-
God I hate the Ireland rugby team. I hate their style and I hate their attitude

Love Japan's tactics - absorb the pressure in the first quarter, stretch the Oiroish out wide and then forwards driving up the centre

At times they come across as 15 Owen Farrell's don't they?
-
Crucial turnover!
-
Ireland getting a lot of leeway at the ruck to keep that ball. So many in the side
Penalty!!
-
Brilliant defence inside the 22.
Haha I’ve got Kafer, Horan and Clarkieeeee and all I hear about is this “Australian born lock” 😀

Ireland attack is pretty dire. They seem to think if they hold onto the ball for 20 phases of one off running they deserve to score.
To be fair it's been a pretty successful plan for a while
-
@mariner4life they seem to want to play for penalties, Murray is always trying for one.
-
Jeez, Japan's defence is good and discipline amazing
-
Japanese tackling is amazing
-
Ireland needed to get that wide and they cut back in
