You have to fancy Ireland to win this comfortably in the last quarter, but...
Scotland could easily turn the Cup on its head on Day 3.
Watson could run riot.
-
Who are we barracking for? Ireland and probably easier quarter vs Scotland. Or Scotland because the underdog?
-
I was just going to post, go Ireland!
-
I expect Ireland to win, but I hope Scotland is going to make it as difficult as possible for them. I want a great and close contest.
-
I support Scotland over anyone but NZ
-
Go Scotland.
I see Renton and Sickboy are there, but no sign of Begbie or Spud?
-
Go the Scots
-
my family tree says I have a foot in each camp, so go Scotland!
-
Going to be a long afternoon for Scotland.
Ireland have come to play.
-
I want Ireland to win for no other reason than I think the scots will give us less problems in the quarter ,
But any other day I would be saying go Scotland
-
Looks like Ireland are going to overpower them in the forwards. Very soft missed tackle leading to the break and the try.
Scotland will need to defend their line a lot better as well. Ireland just pounded away with no variation for 5 phases until they fell over the line.
-
This aki bloke can play a bit , where did he learn to play like that ?
-
This is going to get messy for Bonnie. I can't believe people even thought there might be a chance for them
/Jinx attempt
-
Sexton runs like his home at Notre Dame burned down

They're $5 underdogs ... no chance at all
-
Ireland boks will be a massive quarter final
-
I know it's a childish, immature and stupid thing to say about a v. good player, but jeez, Sexton has got a punchable face.
-
Ireland for the win much tougher for us in the QF rather play the Scots

Powder-Puff Super Rugby
-
No worries there, Scotland are being taken apart

Nah fug that, I'd love us to paste Ireland in a quarter.
-
Scotland have no pack. Japan will be in with a real shout.
-
How was that a try? Didn't the Scottish player rip it?
-
Going to piss down soon then Scotland well be and truly fucked

I have a theory the more tough games you play in consecutive weeks , the closer you get to a poor performance, an easy quarter will be a blessing I reckon .

Give BBBR a good chance to play himself in?

Was worth a TMO look

Easier , Scotland are more likely to accomodate us in an open game style
-
Ooh look at all the lovely space out wide
-
Did Hansen not say
At the last WC teams have 2 big ones in a row in them very hard to get up for the 3rd game
And performance drops off dramatically. -

Scotland in a QF will be easy. They look terrible

Better pass and that was 2 on 1 canter in for a try.
