Hodge is cited under Law 9.13. They'll most likely start with a mid-range entry point and then - because of clean record, early remorse blah blah - reduce it with 50%: 3 weeks. (If contact is made with the head, they must start with a mid-range entry point or higher).

If he contests the citing, he'll probably end up with 4 weeks if the citing is upheld.

Although the regulations permit reducing a sanction with more than 50%, this only happens in very exceptional cases.

Would be a blessing for Australia if he does get banned. Put in Jordan Petaia or another winger with pace. Hodge is just so meh.

@ACT-Crusader From long range he's good. Not sure how accurate he is though.

@jegga what an article. Georgina forgot to interview @mariner4life to get an even more one sided piece 😀

For what it’s worth when it happened I didn’t think anything of it and thought it was an unfortunate collision. When I saw Yota still lying there I thought it must’ve been harder than I originally thought.

In saying that in the past I’ve thought there have been some unfortunate collisions that have ended up with players getting suspended and players out with concussion.

He’s such a petulant tool, why would the Fiji coach have an issue with Krusty? It’s not like he made the tackle, asking Kearns and Woodward for their thoughts is a waste of time too , Kearns thinks the wallabies turn water into wine in the corporate boxes at half time and Woodward has a vague and nodding acquaintance with reality .

Still hilarious for a “ neutral “ like me to watch.

When the Wallabies use him in general play he has shown his value, just as was seen in Perth.
