Good Win for the bay lucky to get the points after being tested big time upfront. Lalomilo looked good in mid field and thought we defended well. Another good game from Ajay Mua at 8 and Kurt Ekland played well at hooker. Does anyone know what the prognosis is foe Nathan Harris ?

There was a comment somewhere on the Union Facebook page that said the injury to Harris was season ending.

Yes, two pretty even teams so getting that win was important.

I thought we were shown up in areas (particularly at set piece) but several players are excelling which bodes well for the rest of the competition. The secret, like most years, is to keep the injuries to a minimum. Does anyone have a injury update on everyone ?

The long range try started by Eklund was as good as it gets. It was also nice to see that we played for the full 80 minutes.

After playing three Premiership teams and last years beaten Championship Finalist and coming away with three wins and a bonus point is way better than anyone predicted (especially me). Its already pretty clear from the points table who will be in the Championship final. A top two position is absolutely important.

A Shield Challenge in a couple of weeks is still a very very real possibility !

The top 4 for this division look nailed on already so we do need to look to finish top 2. Naki, HB and us all look good enough to compete in the top division ...
