Your thoughts on the game yesterday? I thought we looked good for the first game but not getting too excited as last season we played worse every game until we were fully poop.
Karpik is a great player at this level. He never stops working and loved him running down the winger. Harris would be good to keep around as the starting front row was excellent. Hollinshead did all that was asked if him and hopefully is less flighty than before he went overseas.

Have to agree on the performance of karpik and Harris who was like an extra loose forward. I thought the reserves added a lot when they came on Matenga stood out. It was a real team effort on D by the whole pack and looks like there is competition for places across the board. EARLY DAYS but a got start and we will learn a lot more against Waikato.
