2019 Jock Hobbs Memorial National U19 Tournament

@Stargazer 2 nz20s props already in that team. And Finlay Brewis was in the training squad until he got injured. That’s a bloody strong team. Suprised they haven’t bought in Zach Gallagher lock from Christ’s college. The guy is a enormous kid

@chchfanatic I understand that all U19 team must include a number of U20 frontrowers (even if they're not U19); I assume that has to do with new injury prevention requirements. So if a (NZ)U20 player isn't needed for the Mitre 10 Cup team, there's a good chance he'll be in the U19 team.

@Stargazer fletcher Newell was born in 2000 so that makes him under 19 I think. I’m pretty sure tamaiti Williams is still under 18. Crazy depth in props in that team

@Chris Rangi getting scouted by the Crusaders. How times have changed!
When i browsed the schools results thread this year, I was generally encouraged, and surprised
at how even the Harbour competition was this year. Rather than a Westlake cake walk. -
