A good effort from the forwards in the 1st half but Moors needs to stop kicking the ball ahead on the wing and keep possession.

@Bovidae Agreed! I like how particularly the scrum is going very well. Somehow that seems to be a weak point for NZ rep teams in recent years.

Try to Langi Veainu (IIRC, she is the sister of Telusa Veainu) after a great offload from the no. 6.

    31 - 0 BFs after 44 minutes

The next player on the board is Martha Lolohea. Amanda Rasch converts the try.

It's going fast now. Try to second five-eighth Kilisitina Moata'ane; converted by Rasch.

    50 - 0 BFs.

    Another water break.

Uhm, this commentator doesn't know anything about women's rugby. Saying that England are the wolrd champions and that NZ has to work hard to catch up with them and France.

    Full time: New Zealand A 50 - 0 Australia A

Convincing performance from the Black Ferns Dev team, who finished the game with 14 players due to a yellow card to Amanda Rasch in the 81st minute.

Best forward IMO was no. 6 Ilisapeta Molia on debut (a sister/cousin of Sione Molia).
    Best back, Grace Brooker.

Perese was great when she was on the field. Both locks did plenty of work for the 80 mins.

Didn't watch the first half, becasue I knew it was going to be a massacre, but it's even worse than I thought.

At half time, the Black Ferns Dev team are leading 62 - 0 over PNG.

The stream has stopped since the 45th minute. In those 5 minutes, the BFs had already scored two more tries. It will be interesting to see the score when the stream is restored.

Full time: New Zealand A 131 - 0 Papua New Guinea Palais (21 tries to nil)

It's not even possible to call this game an opposed training run, as there wasn't much opposition. It was like watching 15 black steamrollers flattening 15 yellow ants.

At first, I thought it was a great idea to let the Black Ferns Dev team participate in this tournament, but how much can they have possibly learned from 53 - 0, 50 - 0 and 131 - 0 wins? Maybe they should send an U20s BFs squad next year?

Without having seen the fixture I'm picking there were more security staff on duty than spectators. You might be pushing to include the ticket sellers and gate keepers as that would probably have increase the attendance by precisely nil had they been included. Counting the subs controller, ball boys and reserve referee might have seen the number of heads present exceed single figures. Honestly who could get any thrill out of watching live an encounter between the NZ Womens 2nd XV and Papua New Guinea on a mid week day time slot?
