Yeah Munro isn't making the CWC squad now. Probably opens up a slot for Sodhi if Stead wants to take three spinners to the CWC.

I still reckon he'll make it. they've invested alot in him.

8,000 ODI runs for Roscoe
this is such a fantastic effort and massive for anyone let alone a Black Cap. GOAT at ODI level ? I think so. Given he walks into an all time test team too I'm gonna go on record saying she's gonna be a sad day when he hangs up the pads.

It's pretty good that our bowling unit are decent lower-order batsmen. CdG and Santner have pushed us to 319 with an over to go.

330/6
Least 100 runs too many for the bangles you would think. If Neesham, CDG can come off more often then not that gives us a potent lower middle order for the WC
weird scoreboard. No big individual efforts but enough decent contributions and by the looks of things some big hitting from the Neesh and CDGH.

I applaud your bravery in going out on a limb like that

I think he's in, as well.
First choice XI - Guptill, Nicholls, Williamson, Taylor, Latham, Neesham, CDG, Santner, Henry, Ferguson, Boult
Spare batsman/allrounder - Munro
Spare keeper - Seifert
Spare seamer - Southee
Spare spinner - AstleProviso that Sodhi or Milne might yet take one of the spare slots - but, I can't see really see an alternative to Munro - unless Corey Anderson suddenly comes good. Even then - he's not going to cover the top order batting spots.

No saying I agree with it. I just can't see them getting rid of him this late in the piece.

The Bang Bros are trying to match Oman's score against Scotland.....

Oh and the banger who scored his ton, has he been watching too many David Warner highlights?
Anyone would have thought he scored a match winning 100...seemed like its the first time he's ever scored a ton in international cricket..
oh wait it was..
some of you guys are just haters -

@Gunner our catching has overall been really poor. Throwing at the stumps also below standard. For a side that has always made up ground with its fielding the Indian side was clearly better in the field.
That's my biggest concern going into the CWC. I think on our day we have the talent to match it with the big boys, but if our fielding is as poor as it has been this summer it will definitely cost an important match. I would hate us to be a couple of dropped catches away from making the semis/final...
