Sensational 7s from NZ. So well drilled. Their attack structure and discipline in defence is miles better than it was 12 months ago.

Fantastic discipline by our boys. Not just in not giving away penalties (or YCs) but keeping our shape on both sides of the ball.

We’ve got speed and a bit of steel in the middle of the park.

Curry well deserved MOTM. He was staunch in defence again.

Very impressive. Both the Black Ferns7s and All Blacks 7s have won gold at both the Commonwealth Games and the RWC.

I think some credit is due to the new men's coach, Clark Laidlaw. We had doubts at the beginning of the season, particularly around selections, and more improvement is definitely possible, but progress is more than noticeable. Having moved to a central base has most likely also benefited the team.
