New Zealand win. No dodgy umpire decisions about overthrows, Super Overs or regulations about boundaries to bail England out this weekend.

Like I said, the England cricket team have used up all the mojo available. None left for the netball girls, probably none left for the rugby team either. Time to put one over the evil aussies now!

    Quiz question for the future:

Which twins lost World Cup semi-finals as coaches within a month of each other?

This is just a tiny down-payment on the vengeance that needs to be wrought for that cricketing fiasco. George sticking it to Geraint Thomas at the TdF another piece in that bitter jig-saw. Geraint is Welsh, but fuck him too! 🙂

@Chris-B England are the team of England and Wales Cricket Board so sticking it to Geraint Thomas counts.

Amazing scenes. The Silver Ferns worked and battled so hard for that.

Casey Kopua rightly named MVP for the Final. Her kid licked the sweat off her shoulder while she was interviewed straight after the match. Just wonderful after all this squad has been through.

Casey: "It's all worth it when you have the belief nothing can stop you. I am so glad that I came back. It feels so good, I can't believe we've done it. It's not just for us, it's for everyone in New Zealand."

Noeline certainly has the midas touch. 🙂

Really happy for Casey, Laura and Maria for finally winning the one title that had alluded them. Same for Katrina as well after the CG debacle.

If that is to be their last game for the Silver Ferns what a way to go out. Tears of joy this time. 👏 👏

    Yay the Ferns!!

    Noeline is a legend.

Rapt for Katrina Rore. That interview after being knocked out at the Comm Games was excruciating.

Much better Monday morning wake up news :).

Congrats to the girls, brilliant effort. Hey ANZ, forget your virtue signalling, this is what your sponsorship buys you: association with the best team on the planet.
