you come home from the gym and you put on more ice packs than when you used to play rugby!!

One on the shoulder after each chest or shoulder workout, and one for the midriff operation site. don't know if that one does anything, but it might!!
old old old!

yeah, only way to get it sorted is to stip using it, and tons pf physio. That is not an option, so manage it with ice after each shoulder or chest workout, and 2 and three days between those body parts, it just simmers under being a pain without stopping me from training altogether. Aim for getting it right post Nationals in October. Maybe hit the rower and lay of the weights for a month and get right! or at least, lay off the exercises that hurt...!

dm - my friend had high BP, he is set to compete at Waikato in 2 weeks time as a novice bodybuilder. Has lost 20 kilos since he watched wifey and me at Nationals last year and was told by his Doc that he would be on drugs for the rest of his life for the BP. He said bugger off, and is now tickety boo, and about to become a poser!!

I'm still pounding the stairs. Now the Summer is here I sometimes have some luck and time it so I can take up a bunch of water containers up the hill-people drop them off at the base, then people gradually take them up to ensure everyone has water/green tea. Last Thursday dusk I did 7 trips up 350+ steps) carrying 2 10L containers (1 in each hand), in 35 degree weather. Interesting and fun.

digging up a very old thread here

so, was chatting with someone and they asked what my first AFC Wimbledon game was, the first one i attended....and i couldnt remember who it was against...which was annoying but i remembered it would have been the weekend after i moved back to the UK in 2005...and i knew the date because it was a big deal

so i went back and looked, i thought i arrived on monday the 5th of May....but the 5th wasn;t a monday it was a thursday...so i thought, ok not a big deal, a couple of days out so i must have gone on like the sat the 7th

so i dig around the depths of the info web for the match schedule (harder than i thought it would be), find some random site with the results from the 2004/5 season....the one that ended on the 30rd of april...and even worse the last home game on the 23rd of april

its really bugging me, what was a pretty firm memory except for the team we actually played, i remember where i stood...seems to be from some other time, i cant have gone as soon as i moved over...fuck memories can get fucked up
