2018 Black Ferns

Ten minutes into the game and it's still 0 - 0. Most of the play has been in the French half, but the the Frenchies are looking strong.
The numbers 1 and 3 of the 2017 World Cup, so a good contest should be expected. Ground looks terrible, very wet.
Great to see that handbags are also being used in the women's game
Have already had to endure quite some buffering in my stream, so I hope I'll be able to watch the entire game.

Could see that yellow coming. Who got sent off?
Savage.
Cocksedge needs to take control of the game in these conditions. Her passing has been shit.

@stargazer I hear you, what a joke..!,something seriously wrong when a local broadcaster tries to influence decisions on the field..!

Not the best of games, but considering the conditions, it's a good and deserved win from the Black Ferns. The French dominated the first half, particularly with their excellent scrum, but Moore's half time speech must have had the effect he wanted. The Ferns' scrum was better than the French' in the second half, and so was the rest of their game.
Good to see a good crowd turn up. With the stands on the short sides closed, the stands on the long sides were pretty full, despite the constant rain.
FT: France 0 - 14 New Zealand

Terrible TV camera angles, and confusion between the officals all game. The English ref was good despite that.
I always love it when the French crowd starts whistling as you know their team is losing.
Linda Itunu would be my MOTM. Just as well the reserve hooker gets to lead the haka as she hardly ever plays.

There was plenty of feeling in this one, the pick and go was definitely our go to today, thought we were a bit naive in terms of game sense, but given the conditions and hostile nature of the crowd I will take this one..nothing like a good big hit to get a home crowd all hot and bothered..!

It looked like they were using fewer cameras than we're used to in most televised games. You see the same in televised Farah Palmer Cup and Heartland games. With the fewer cameras, you just don't get the same coverage. Hence also why they weren't able to check whether that French winger was offside when their halfback kicked the ball (before the winger knocked the ball on).

@stargazer just shows you how blessed we are in this part of the world when it comes to coverage..
