Is Ferguson injured?
Apparently it was more important to include journeyman who has clearly shown he's not international standard Kitchen instead of developing the most promising young quick we've had in some time. Bizarre selection.
-
Shame too as it'd be cool to see Ferg hit the mid 150s with the Aus speed guns.

Let’s talk about Bruce, he seems to slip under the radar on here.
What has he actually done?I think I remember one 50 last summer?
He’s out of chances as far as I’m concerned.
Bring in Chapman, Devcich or even Nicholls.
He is there to hit and he does a decent job at it. I don't think he is anything more than a T20 player at best. Of the three you mention, only Chapman really competes with him.

A decent job, really?
What do we class as a decent job?
30 off 15 once in a while and nothing in between? -

Well, we're farked. Only saving grace was finding a way to turn off the aussie commentators and live on crowd noise and stump microphones. They are beyond a joke. So one eyed it's like hearing a booth full of Justin Marshall commentating Canterbury games.
FML.

We should be looking to get through to 130ish and then hope our bowlers can exploit the conditions with the new ball.

But it’s not much good having a good strike rate if you consistently score fuck all.
Blundell needs to bat through the rest of the innings at 120 strike rate, the rest need to go hard at at least 200
