Black Caps vs Pakistan Series

We made a bit of a mess of that.
212/2 after 41 overs - we've only managed to go at 6.5 an over, when you'd expect to go at close to 10.
Wonder if there was a bit of mixed-up thinking out there? Too much focus by his partners on getting CdGh on strike, while Colin wasn't so much thinking that.
Might have been better if Colin had actually turned down a few singles if the aim on the next ball is just going to be to push for a single.

Munro and Santner have a bit of a habit of dropping straight-forward chances. Can't really afford that at this level.
-
Good to see Henry in the 140s.

Gee that’s a disappointing total after the platform we had.
Latham on borrowed time in the ODI set up surely, some of his dismissals in the last couple of series have been terrible.
He just doesn’t look comfortable coming in and scoring from ball one.Latham averages 20.89 at home.. And that's boosted by his matches against Bangladesh and Zimbabwe
His ton in India will carry him another two years.. same thing happened with Ronchi..

Henry gets Fakher. Is anyone watching? Cricinfo reporting he's bowling quick today.

They’re not the all blacks but by fuck we are building some bloody decent depth especially in the fast bowling.
Take out Boult bring in HenryHenry has a great record in ODIs to date, I'm really surprised he hasn't had more opportunities.

Just had a quick look at Henry's record, and incredibly his bowling average is highest against Zimbabwe and Bangladesh!
His test stats are ordinary but he has 66 wickets in 35 ODI matches at 25. That's really good.

Pakistan are right in this with two set batsmen.
