The knock on rule in league is perplexing
-
We've found a team with a worse attack than ours

I sometimes think they just make up rules as they go along.
Anyway, I turned over and watched at halftime in the Blues v Crusaders game and saw a try each and both teams looking cabbage. Lots of Graham bitching and moaning too but it's ok because he's PASSIONATE! OUR GAME!!!

Have been channel surfing between the rugby and the cricket + the Warriors... finally got that second try, and the Bulldogs fullback is playing with all the fear of being under an actual bomb at the back...
Ah fuck. And the Bulldogs score...
Abbey is playing like he's a Warrior ... he'll come good as a Bulldog soon.
Typical Warriors ....
-
Fuck i hate the Warriors. I hate how i invest time in them. I hate how it doesn't matter who is in the team or who is the coach, we suck. When is our upswing?
Fucking Cronulla won a comp with grubs and ild blokes, we can't even win in NZ away from Mt Smart!
In shory, burn the joint to the ground and start again. Somewhere else.
-
They'll solve cancer before we solve the Warriors......FML.
Thoughts:
- Anaemic. The word when I think of the Warriors' offence. Anaemic.
- Bet some of you had to google that word.
- There is no general in charge of the troops. Shaun Johnson just isn't that guy and....
- Isaac Luke is a joke right now. Can't even pick up a ball. Waste of money.
- Be interesting if Foran gets onto the field. If he goes well maybe, just maybe, the Warriors think of Hingano/Foran in 2018.
- To his credit, Johnson was trying along with Bodene Thompson, David Fusitua, Ryan Hoffman, Bunty Afoa and....
- Simon Mannering. Took on James Graham & co and was shutting them down with each hit up they took.
- Rugby League Weekly is shutting down? FFS.
- Former junior Warrior Brad Abbey started at fullback for Bulldogs and was shit.
- Josh Reynolds is still a dirty shit.
-
Mannering is our best player by far in the first 3, followed by Lillyman.
-
@Sneakdefreak speaking of cancer, Hayne out injured and the previously inept Titans are going to knock off the previously high-flying Eels

I used to call Mannering rugby league Reuben (ducks for cover in case Canerbry and Stargazer are lurking in the league thread) but he's clearly one of the best and most consistent Warriors around these days.

The Patrick Ewing theory begins....

Just to illustrate how fucking shit we are, Manly, who are a basketcase on and off the field, have just gone to Townsville and flogged the Cowboys.
We can't even go to Dunedin and beat a team that:
- Hasn't won since some time last year; and
- Travelled from Sydney.
We suck. This season is a bust.
-
Cowboys are missing a few key players but still - Manly winning 30-8 in Townsville? Impressive.
Great defensive work by Manly, they tackled everything and anything for the final 20 mins. Uate was impressive and so were two former Warriors, Shaun Lane and Lewis Brown.

Has Ponga decided who he's going to play for yet?
He hasn't said anything yet. My money is on Qld. Why would you turn down Origin given the half arsed nature of international league?
I'm thinking Queensland as well, as unlike Taumalolo he was actually born in OZ IIRC?

@Nepia I think so. NZ parents. They went back to NZ for a while then returned to Aus as far as I know.
Yeah, I saw him playing some rugby and touch in Palmy when they were back in NZ.
