That's the weakest Aussie batting lineup probably in my entire lifetime. Heavily reliant on Waj to score big, and he's not even that great.
Remember the good ole days where guys would plunder 10,000 runs in the Sheffield Shield @ over 50 and still not be good enough to get picked..
good?
For then, not us
It’s good for us now..

How would we look without Kane and Ross I wonder?
Kinda like The Blackcaps ...
... Young Guns anyone?

Well the plucky kids from the wrong end of town got within 15 of the greatest team ever, first innings.
When they should have had a handy lead.
Who should be leading?

Just saw this on Twitter and thought of @NTA ...
"Steve Smith's greatest failing as captain was not getting Shaun Marsh to sandpaper the ball"

With Smith and Warner that'd be an interesting chase. I reckon 100 too many for this lineup though. Would be hilarious if they got over the line though, coz fuck India.

@no-quarter Ishant overstepping when he had Finch wasn't a great start, but yeah - it didn't look easy to bat out there and you wonder quite who will make the century Oz will probably need.
I think the Indians will be pretty comfortable right now. Another 50 runs and the gate probably shut though.

Classic hearing the Aussie commentators banging on about how the momentum has swung back to Australia, and teh Indians have missed a trick. FFS, 323 is almost unchaseable at most grounds, and no-one has got close at Adelaide. There is massive turn out of the footmarks, and Australia will ahve to put up 250 tomorrow to get there. It is very one sided right now, but you wouldn't know hearing these bastards. Playing to their audience.
In fairness, it's been beers, champers and red wine fuelling this post, but fark those Aussie commentators they are muppets
