    @nta just to trigger you

    Through Abbas, Pakistan were bossing the game. Across his last five Tests, Marsh has two ducks, six scores in single figures, and an average of nine with the bat. His brother Mitchell has two ducks, five single-figure scores, and an average of 11.

    @nzzp actually less triggered than of they make that solitary score that (once again) saves their sorry carcass.

    Not drowning. Waving.

    Pretty poor batting on a day 2 pitch.

    Not mentioned enough ( perhaps due to the blatant cheating scandal😁) but Aus batting has been bloody poor for about 4 years now.

    1 decent team innings in every 3 or 4 is not going to cut it to the expectations placed on this team.

    Forget culture and rebuilding, how about some professional looking batting?
    These guys are playing timid innings with poor batting plans and approaches.

    They had Pakistan 5 for 50 and now will probably lose. Thanks batsmen!

    Aus 77/3. Mitch Marsh out - good review by Pakistan.

    Hard to see Aus getting the additional 400 runs at this stage ... she should be all over, rover.

    torn meniscus apparently. Could be his summer gone.

    Also, 78/5. Abbas has 4/32. On subcontinent pitches... unbelievable

    Not really, been Australia's Achilles heal for years, even when they had 'batsmen'
    They are historically poor in Asia

    Yeah - but to pace? Abbas is a medium with a small bit of pace - nothign special. But he's carving through teams like me with a piece of chocolate cake, and (like me) doing it consistently.

    He's got nearly 60 wickets at aroudn 15, from 10 test matches. Outstanding figures.

    @nzzp his pace variation and skidders seem to have troubled the Aussies. He’s the Indian Terry Alderman.
