Justin Harrison speaks pretty well for a dude i though was a deadshit. He was pretty much spot on yesterday. The whole thing needs to be broken down, from school up. Looking at the Wallaby coaching structure is titanic deckchairs stuff
Googy is a pretty smart guy (for a second rower with a coke problem ) and has existed outside the Sydney bubble long enough to see the massive systemic flaws.

The same Rod Kafer who was appointed to a senior position developing elite coaches but has delivered precisely jack shit.

Did i hear that the "independent" review in to the Aussie performance is being conducted by Scott Johnson? Director of Rugby, part of the problem Scott Johnson?
Not fishing, just interested to know, what is his part in all this?
He was brought on board to oversee selections and make sure Cheika wasn't going off on a tangent (mission: failed). At the same time, he became a selector. Apparently.
Just another example of rugby's failures here: lack of desire to look the problem in the face.
yea, pretty much this. Not sure how you can conduct a review of a system you were in the middle of.
It gets better:
One of Australian rugby’s most respected voices, Rod Kafer, believes Michael Cheika shouldn’t be the only person held accountable for the Wallabies’ Rugby World Cup quarter-final exit and that sweeping changes to the Rugby Australia board must be made.
The same Rod Kafer who was appointed to a senior position developing elite coaches but has delivered precisely jack shit.
He's simply angling for a better job. His mate Kearns is doing the same:
Kearns added that he would accept an invitation to be involved in the review.
“I’d be involved in the review absolutely. The author is having a lend calling Kafer a "respected rugby voice". Any credibility he had disappeared years ago.

Hahahahaha he’s a turd that it seems to be impossible to flush. How the mulleted fuckwit is still considered the rugby version of Yoda by some people is a mystery .
He’d be the first person I’d sack after last weekends game .

He's one of those people who are a veritable failure everywhere but has a CV that looks good on first reading. Any competent interview would rule him out.

If just looked at the appointments and not the results or length of time in the job it looks impressive. Look a bit deeper though and it’s pretty obvious that his main interest once he gets a job is looking for his next coaching position in a more prestigious and hopefully better paying team .
John Mitchell is similar but with far less people skills and hair.
