He was playing both technically. His right arm was on the ball.
Ah yeah so not in a position to lift the ball when one is hugged around the player
He lifted it with his right hand/arm. Fine in my book and the ref seemed to be right there.
Anyone can put one hand on the ball in the ruck and that's the issue. What's the actual law around it?
