Canterbury v Hawke's Bay

And to further emphasise the porous defence a converted try comes less than two minutes later Hawkes Bay 00 - 10 Canterbury. At this rate the century is in danger of being reached midway through the second half if things do not improve from the Bay tacklers.
-
I'n beginning to regret only picking a loss by 9-16
-
Good speed by Jonah Lowe
-
Guys, pinch yourselves, the Bay has scored a try, albeit from what was a lucky bounce and a questionable final pass that looked what could not even be classified as a line ball. Ihaia West converts Hawkes Bay 07 - 13 Canterbury twenty five minutes gone
-
I think Falcon has missed more tackles in the first half than his dad would in an entire season
-
Getting pissed off with Wilson kicking the ball away all the time. Doesn't work under the new rules, especially with our shit tackling
-
'86 did you see what I thought I saw? It looked like Mr. Philpott wandering down to the changing rooms to what must presumably be to see if he can drag someone from the curtainraiser into sitting on the bench after Tony Lambourn was forced to leave the field injured.

I've been hiding behind the sofa too scared to watch most of the game so I missed it
-
WTF is up with our lineouts
-
The next ten minutes might be the best you see of us. OK so its half time but I bet we eat our oranges with more class and decorum than our opponents. In case anyone is interested Jordie Barrett scores in the 40th minute out wide on the right but not that does not stop Mo'ounga from slotting a nice conversion accross the wind Hawkes Bay 07 - 23 Canterbury

Well, it's under 50 so far. Yay.
Our second halves have been weaker all season, so I am not holding out much hope
-
If Philpott loses all games and gets us demoted to Championship, he wins the Hurricanes coaching position, that's how it works right?

Yeah, it's not looking good for us with Wairarapa-Bush ahead by a couple of points and not too much difference in our picks for these last two. I think our best hope of knocking them off is if Waikato wins 1 - 8 as that's Magpie_in_Aus's tip (the only one to go for an away win in both teams) but even then the Bush have three home 1-8s (each worth 2 points if Waikato win 1 - compared to our 1 so things are not looking rosy.
