So, after all the outrage on the kid dressed up as Nick Natanui - complete with dreadlock wig and brown body paint, now some wag has had his kid dress up as Ben Cousins:

Well, wasn't having a week off before the finals a great idea? Way to fucking suck the life out of the season, and hand the Storm a nice bit of publicity for the weekend.

Well, isn't the new software nice? It's allowing me to see just how shit my top 8 predictions were. Freo? Tigers? Port? Collingwood? What the fuck was i thinking?

Geelong v Hawthorn is the game of the weekend, and should be an absolute ripper. Swans v GWS is a bit of history, and should be quality, especially as it will be at Telstra Stadium (or whatever that white elephant is called now).

I expect West Coast and Adelaide to easily win their elimination semis and progress to next week, where they will be a real handful for either team coming back. This finals series is as open as any i can remember, and i think any one of the top 6 can win it.

And fuck aren't the Swans fans I know happy about that? Finish top, go play in the other prick's territory 😆

Cats v Hawks is absolutely top drawer.

How hard did the Weagles choke last night?

What a finish. Cats win after Hawks miss a kick after the siren to win.

Isaac Smith is a quality player and I thought he'd kick that easy.

    Hawks play Dogs next week.

I'm hopeful GWS can beat the Swans

On Footy Tips they had a comp to pick the winners of the finals.

I ended up with a Hawks v Swans GF. Which I thought was utterly boring. so I re ordered, tipped with my heart and the Crows were beating the Cats in the GF. 🙂

    So far I'm 2 from 2 ...

    .... wrong 😞

I hope GWS win just so I can imagine how good the Tigers would have been.

The Swans have been out-Swanned. GWS have a better short game, seemingly better fitness, and are much better at spoiling

So Crows get the Swannies on Saturday.

Didn't GWS do a job on them?

    Hawks v Dogs Friday night.

Cats, Giants have a breather for a week.

Didn't see the Sydney result coming. I thought it would be close, i really didn't expect GWS to do them over.

I don't know how the Bulldogs keep doing it. They've lost some good players to injury this year, but keep turning up, and just belted the Weagles. Even the veterans at the Hawks will be looking over their shoulder a bit leading in to this week.

Crows were always going to be too good for North, who will now drop out of the reckoning for the 8 for a couple of years. Adelaide are a massive chance this week, but, the Swans rarely put in two sub-par performances in a row.

The first half WAS close with GWS and the Swans.

BUT they didn't give Buddy a single metre to move in, and he kicked something like 0.3. Tippett was also injured early (turns out it was a hairline fracture of the jaw) and while the Swans fans were jumping up and down about thuggery on twitter, Tippett's was a complete accident by the looks.

Watched highlights of the Crows v Roos match and it was the Eddie Betts show. Crows like GWS have a high powered attack and I'm not sure if the Swans can stop it.
