Remember, this Wallabies side beat Argentina in Argentina and that same Argentina side beat the Springboks.
And Samoa beat Italy, which beat France, which beat Ireland, which beat Sth Africa, which beat Australia.......

Solid enough. Sititi is a real find. Engine still revving in the dying minutes. Plus he has good ball skills and a step. Also steals lineout ball. Team is a work in progress. Ratima and Roigard is going to give us a great halfback pairing. Still some things to work out in selection and end of year tour going to be tough but the makings of a good team.
Players are def. improving in many positions and the newbies from the last few years like Vaai & Clarke have developed nicely along with finds like Sititi.
Mental skills aren't improving and if anything are getting flakier. That's the real concern. Get that moving in the right direction and we'll make some real progress

You have lost the fucking plot. All we're suggesting is that this is an improvement on last week and you're comparing 4 years of Fozz-ball vs 7 tests of Ray Ray.
It'd be virtually fucking impossible NOT to improve on last weeks performance - probably the worst I've seen in the pro era.
But try reading what I wrote, And then tell me things have improved in the last 12 months.
The chap is intentionally interpreting posts in the most uncharitable of fashions to buttress his fraudulent position.
Have a star for politeness

@Billy-Tell lack of pace of both our 7s tonight was obvious. Needs looking at.
-
Can anyone tell me what these nearly no look passes usually by a fatty when we are spinning the ball wide are all about.

So it's an improvement then?
And 12 months on with many different players is a different fucking team FFS. Your basis for a successful team is a Foster coached side is laughable. The shit he dished up was worse than anything we've seen this year.

What's that? That we won by 20 points? Didn't concede any from the 36th min? Scored 5 tries? Took a whole heap of pressure at the start of the game with next to no possession and territory yet still managed to lead? Out played SA for much of the two tests? Or would you rather Records Fozzie Foster back.

I agree I think we are slowly improving
-
Bizarre tap and go move missed by the officials.

Like lots of midfield moves
Some will be pinged, other won't

@Canes4life Sititi will be the AB number 8 for a long time, Blackadder the 6 and Savea the 7.
Not sure why anyone would want Sititi moved to 8, he's the best 6 we have had for quite sometime. Looks bloody comfortable there.
-
Did anyone notice the lineout prior to Reece’s try?
Right in front of ref Aus jumper used outside arm to tap the ball while using inside arm to impede Vaa’i and get lift off him.
What’s up with that? I always thought was illegal. Has there been a law change? -

I was real confused when it happened, seemed straight obstruction. But as always if that's how the ref sees it as ok, it's ok.
I still think when Reece cuts back in field he runs behind other players , and it is same anyway. Guess the laws are seen differently to what I think. -

@Stag I will be honest Stag , I haven't seen Ardie play at 7 for about 4-5 years, and he World rugby player at 8, so I not convinces 7 is his best position. Same as Sititi, he looks bloody great at 6, haven't, haven't seen him play better (or even play at all at test level) at 8 ,although he good at super level at 8, and I reckon Blackadder looks to be bloody good at 7 anyway.
But just my opinion. -
@Stag said in All Blacks vs Wallabies 2:
@Dan54 because that’s his best position, 6 is Blackadder’s best position and he has been a stellar performer there as well, and 7 is Ardies best position.
I didn’t realise the ABs played a bunch of tests that I missed this season

Hey come on, he's played a grand total of 14 tests since his debut in 2021,half of those against tier 2 nations. I wouldn't have him there and we've gone on and on about it on here, but it wouldn't surprise me if he slots in at 7 for the 1 test that he's fit for a year. Razor loves him. I'd have Papali'i for the mean time, not because I'm his biggest fan, but I feel like he's reliable enough as a 7 without being spectacular.
Savea ain't getting moved from 8, when was the last time he actually played there? 2018? Yet people still keep going on about how he should be there, and yeah Sititi is undroppable these days.
What I think they go with.
- Sititi
- Blackadder
- Savea
Jacobsen
What I'd go with (It won't happen)
- Sititi
- Papali'i
- Savea
.
Sotutu
Clear Blues bias I could be accused for, but it would be nice to have an extra ball carrier off the bench and I feel like Sotutu could really make an impact there if given the opportunity. Papali'i would be my 7 for now, as I said earlier, he's reliable enough there. I would like to see Peter Lakai introduced at some stage, I think he could mke a real case for that 7 jersey going forward.
