The Dutch anchor in the mixed 4 x 100 is arguably the best run I’ve ever seen.
Incredible.
Timed to perfection by Bol
Must be liberating for her running flat

The Italian triple jumper is easy on the eye.

Is there any evidence against the Chinese swimmer…or is just that he’s Chinese?
Nothing. Absolutely nothing.
But if you google him now it’s all about the speculation of being a drugs cheat.
Absolutely shameful.

New Zealand at 7 medals kind of feels we are in a holding pattern and are a bit stuck. Can we beat 20?
I don't think we can. Where will they come from? Canoeing and kayaking? Cycling? Outside chance in the high jump?

@SBW1 said in Olympics Thread:
Do you think we might be looking at a leaner medal tally? We are only halfway through the games.
Without giving it too much thought, I'd say yes.
The 20 came with a domination of a sport, rowing. Back to a more normal haul in rowing , so back to a more normal overall tally
