IOC approves Olympic Esports Games launch for 2025 in Saudi Arabia

In the IOC session here before the start of the Paris Games, the membership adopted a proposal approved by the IOC earlier this month. The decision will see the IOC partnering with the Saudi national Olympic committee for 12 years, with the events only slated to be held “regularly.”
