T20 WC - Black Caps v West Indies

Cownqay retains on name. Form has been in the toilet. Seifert should have been there for his keep alone, with the cherry on top being he was in better form with the bat than Conway

NZ choose to field
New Zealand XI: Finn Allen, Devon Conway (wk), Kane Williamson, Daryl Mitchell, Glenn Phillips, James Neesham, Mitchell Santner, Rachin Ravindra, Tim Southee, Lockie Ferguson, Trent Boult
West Indies XI: Brandon King, Johnson Charles, Nicholas Pooran (wk), Roston Chase, Rovman Powell (c), Sherfane Rutherford, Andre Russell, Romario Shepherd, Akeal Hosein, Alzarri Joseph, Gudakesh Motie
I’m sure that’s not our batting line up. Ravindra will come in at four I’d imagine. Why is Southee in for Henry ? Good grief. I hope Allen lasts longer than a single ball this time.
Russell always a dangerous player in this form of the game for the Windies

Bloody hell. Hadn't noticed that!
I'd open with Ravindra and push Devon down to about 6.

I see King Charles is opening the batting for WI

its meant to swing like anything.. cant think of many other reasons, bar injury these days
-
Another sitter goes down. Not good enough.
-
@No-Quarter agree, may have had pace, but was straight at him
-
Yep at that level that's just regulation. Lucky it didn't cost us too much.
-
The old firm have bowled pretty well so far

Pitch seems dodgy - whoever can flay the most boundires to thrid man and fine leg may win this game.
Yeah - variable bounce. 120 might be a decent score.
-
Ravindra can stay because he can hold on to a ball lol

I have yet to see evidence of us getting past 100 so far

With luck we may keep them below 100...
