I meant the switch as a device!

@nostrildamus oh! you cant see the attraction of the switch? i know for me other than travel in general, great for flights etc, but im kind of casual so play most of my games whilst hanging of an evening with Mrs Womble, so i dont have to go off to another room etc
obviously cant play the photo realistic games of the PS or Xbox but plenty of older games with good stories with just dated graphics or more cartoony/animated graphics like zelda

I like spatially immersive games-the display just seemed so small for the price, but I'll look again.
Hmm wonder what I could do with this: https://www.nintendo.com.au/games/nintendo-switch/nintendo-labo-variety-kit -
@nostrildamus ive seen those and they look like huge fun without ending with loads of useless plastic when you get bored
you obviously have the ability to still play through you tv with a pro controller, was just now talking to a mate about him controller and if it was worth it

Back in the day, yup. Too much get resource a,b, c to make z, then X (with d,e,f) and y (with g,h,I) to make k shit for me to enjoy. And the flying is crap. But tempted to go back and try it in vr

@Machpants i picked it up last week on sale, i kind of like the "slow" pace, sure i'll tire of it at some point but not a bad, "mindless" kind of game
I was stoked early on when i found a resource that i could collect that were 20k credits so could get 400k pretty easy.....then saw how much new ships were

Yeah I just didn't enjoy all the resource stuff, which was very formulaic
dont get me wrong, i get it and im sure i'll get to the same point...but right now i really need to repair this crashed ship ive found!
