Egan passed his HIA, hopefully him being on the park will help the Warriors regain some fluency in the 2nd half.

    Gone to hospital

    sigh

Our forwards are struggling to get any momentum…
Tevaga not far away by the looks, let’s hope he brings positive energy without the silly penalty he’s prone to.

Our attack is so farking clunky tonight.

    Very frustrating to watch.

Finally, the one out pass works, Tohu crashes over.

    What was that???

    Very strange set by us.

Tigers make us pay. We are short down the left side and they just put it through the hands.

Tigers in again with another long range try.

Warriors are sleepwalking their way through this game.

Last couple of Warriors possessions down the tigers end have resulted in very soft turnovers.

    Wake up

The Raiders, the Titans and now the Tigers have all been terrible performances regardless of the outcomes. The Warriors are rolling into the playoffs like a wet flannel…

Not unusual given the length of the season that’s there will be inconsistency. Luke’s play is so up and down.

The sooner this game ends the better, the Warriors are unbelievably flat.

How stupid can you be to lead with the elbow like that after what happened earlier. They look like the Warriors of the last 2 seasons all of a sudden.

Shows how important Charnze is. He just sparks stuff for us when we need it. Gives us a lift.

    Yep true.

Also where are our leaders up front.

I’m struggling to remember one big charging dominant run from a forward.

Edit, except Tohu Harris putting Barnett into a massive hole to set up one of our early tries.

Comms disagree with us taking the 2 from that penalty.

I’m on Tohus side there, get a 6 point lead, at least it means they need a converted try to go to golden point.

Fuck now another knock on, from AFB this time 🤦🏽‍♂️

    God, Tigers hit straight back.

Surely we don’t give up a 12 point lead with 3 minutes to play for the second time in 3 weeks…

Edit: Tigers should never have got the ball though, as their kick off didn’t go 10m.

Man I’m glad that’s over, and the 2 points are in the bag.

We’ve really made a habit of winning ugly lately, which as hard as it is to watch, isn’t a bad thing. Good sides find ways to win even when they’re below their best.

So as hard as I was on them with my posts during the game, well done Warriors.

Actually it’s pretty poor, we won’t beat the top teams unless we find our rhythm again. Take the two for sure and try te build.
Tigers 14.5 head start was easy money unfortunately

I reckon we’ll come right. It’s a long season, we can’t expect them to be at their best every week.

And shit, isn’t it good to be complaining about the Warriors performance after a win… 🤷🏽‍♂️

Normally that sort of stuff is reserved only for the All Blacks.

Left side is a big issue. Metcalf isn't getting it done. But shit, we're fucking 3rd!

Warriors should win out as well (even though we will dump at least 1)

Two clear standout teams. Penrith are specials to win this, they have perfected a game plan that's built for finals
Brisbane are playing with freedom, have pace everywhere, and tough fucking forwards.
I'll be very surprised if this isn't the GF

    Behind them
Warriors keep winning driven by the Daly M winner
Melbourne turned up this week, and Papi looks solid playing Q-Cup
    Cronulla have woken up
Newcastle are timing this to perfection but will be sweating on Hastings' leg
Canberra are too shit to be in the 8
Souths aren't dead but they aren't good either
The Cowboys need to win the next 2 and hope the Panthers rest everyone in the last week

The Roosters aren't quite dead yet, but it's life support. Everyone else is cooked.

Metcalf’s out and in run down the left has become way too predictable.

But man, 3rd on the table with 3 very winnable games ahead.

Just looking a little ahead. If we win against Manly and then the Dragons, we head into the final round match against the Dolphins up in Qld with a real chance to finish top 2.

That final round opens with a huge Thursday clash between the Storm and Broncos. We might know our fate after that match.

Metcalf hasn't had to run the game because of SJ playing in the form he is, although SJ does have a sore quad which is why he wasn't kicking everything. Apart from running game hasn't shown much else apart from Parra game. TMM might be back next week, if we keep winning, would be interesting to see what happens in this space. Whether it means they give SJ a week off?, replace Metcalf? replace CNK if concussions continue?

Newcastle are in trouble if Hastings is out. He has been running the show nicely and letting Ponga roam and Newcastle barely troubled the Dogs once he went off. Crossland ignores Ponga and does his own thing. If Hastings was fit Newcastle could give the 8 a rattle. They will find their next few assignments tougher now and may no longer win them.

Melbourne hit their straps in a big way and have troops coming back. If we trip and don't win our last remaining games, we could finish fourth.

Canberra will win this weekend, but not much else.

Souths and Cronulla haven't found top form but I wouldn't rule them out for a knock out match.

Roosters unfortunately have found a bit of form, if they run into the top two they lose, if they play anyone else they are in with a shot.

For me Cowboys will make the 8 and won't need Penrith match, but will need other results to go their way and they will need to beat the Sharks this weekend
