Taniela Sadrugu is leaving the Cowboys to sign with Brive Rugby in France.
i watch every Cowboys game and had to google him
Former Fiji sevens player who has a Cowboys contract but plays Q-Cup for the Blackhawks
hardly a even a regular team name, now Haas who still hasn't re-signed for the Broncos..on the other hand, rumours still swirling
weird situation. Guy needs to stop listening to his snake of an agent. He's in the perfect spot for future success, the club wants him, he will be well paid. And it's the Broncos, his exposure won't be any bigger anywhere else.
And he's out there seeing if he can get a worse club to stump up a bit more? If the Broncos are serious now, they will have a max they are willing to pay a front rower (even a good one) and allow him to walk if he won't take it. Let some other suckers have a million plus tied up in a front rower.
of course he'll end up at the Roosters on $800k (and $400k in extras)

this has banana skin written all over it
we've been at this a long time. Losing to the Tigers at this point is the most warriors thing ever.

I agree with you, the reports also suggest its not just his manager who is in his ear, he is good mates with SBW, so I am not surprised he is going to hold out for best price. Needless to say he could then end up at the Roosters, Dogs, Broncos or union

Yep, wet night, the Tigers have sold out their home game , this is the one the usual Warriors would definitely lose. This lot seem to be made of sterner stuff though. I hope.

For all the hype given their form this year, this is exactly the type of game that the warriors in past years (or even this season) still lose.
The irony we started winning games by playing up the middle with few risks, we then go on a run of wins and the teams gets successful going more expansive. The coach asks them to play more direct and yet they go away from the game plan.
I still think we have a dumb game in us, I just hope they have learnt their lessons. Tigers with a 14.5 point head start in the wet looks a great bet at 1.90, or Tigers 12 and under for $6 for the masochists

I think this year we bounce back better from a dumb game. I remember after the loss to the Broncos (I think) I just assumed that would be it, our season would be over as we reverted to type, but they threw egg all over my face and just kicked on.
-
@bayimports the loss at home in the wet was a very poor loss. We played with very little intensity and made dumb decisions.
Hope that was it!

didn't everything that could go wrong did go wrong in that Broncos game? and we still nearly nicked it?

Yeah, I think it was fairly close, maybe I was thinking about the later Rabbitohs match?

well if you meant go wrong..because we lost to a team of kids because all their stars were on SOO leave or injured..then yes it went wrong, but we still found a way to almost win
Or did you mean it went wrong before it started because they played it at Napier? We all know nothing good happens in the Hawkes.

Penrith play. Penrith win. But, their attack is clunky as fuck at the moment. They won by 12 last night. One try should never have been awarded. Another was a gift from an early kick gone wrong. They are struggling a bit to create tries.
But when you dominate field position, and only give up a couple of tries a game, you don't need to create many to win. If, and it's a massive it, another team can put them under scoreboard pressure it will be interesting to see how they go.
Manly came with a different plan last night. The early shifts to get around the middle we have all talked about. But they also repeatedly kicked early to try and get field position. It worked a bit, but never looked like a tactic that was going to generate points. And then Garrick and the defense had that moment and it was all over.

Hey, why are you joining with the BoP trolls?
Theoretically, as a dude named Canefan McLean Park is one of your home grounds.

Damn, I can't retort to this as I care about Canes fans as much as I care about BoP fans.

Apart from second half handling errors, kicking early too many times cost Manly, Schuster had one, Garrick two (including that one from Garrick who I swear thought he was playing union for a second tries to drive play back into opponents 22) . Even Saab didn't appear to know what was going on and gave up on the chase. They ended up with close to a 50% completion rate in the second half as well and let Penrith back in.
Now their season is gooone
I do maintain we have one of the few forward packs that can go at Penrith.
If Penrith secure a top two spot, then Cows might be lucky enough to find they play a B team in round 27

Cows need to win a couple before then to make that even mean anything
-
@mariner4life nah, you should beat the sharks at home after the bye, you then have Dolphins. I have you making the eight even if you lose to the Panthers. Your draw is better than some others who are on life support
