It's a piece of shit.
My old box had given up the ghost a year ago. I had spent hours off and on trying to get hold of Sky, even emailed the CEO but they never responded.
When the new box was offered just as the international footy season was kicking off I thought I would give it a go.
Avoid. There's no live pause - or not as we used to know it. You can only go back 2 hrs. It is an over-priced turd. Apart from sport there is no content I am interested in.

they're still bringing out new physical boxes? would have thought it would be moving to streaming only by now, when i had foxtel i couldnt be bothered getting anything installed so went online only and that was 7 years ago

I'm online, it is not great, esp on PC it is slow to get the stream running at you're a good 12 seconds behind, but it's a lot cheaper and easier.

Yeah Ive heard its not worth going for.
We had the old vodafone TV setup, which took a while to get use to but was good as none of that rainfade bullshit sky kept getting. The Sky took over vodafone and they said could replace it for us with the old sky setup.... Ended up saying no thanks and went to SkySportsNow and find it meets my needs just fine. Only gripe is that there is 10seconds or so delay.
