We got a 15% discount on our QF tickets. It will be interesting to see how much more they charge us.

Are price increases normal for a semi final at super rugby level? Seems like a shit way to reward your fans IMG_20230611_111421.jpg

Yes, that is standard and those tickets don't seem too expensive to me. I think a discount for members would be fair but understand why the franchise hasn't gone for it.

i want to know what paul feeneys upto

Apparently he's director of rugby at Takapuna.

Even Takapuna’s director of rugby, Paul Feeney, is temporarily off the scene, working as assistant coach for the Chiefs.

Had a quick yarn to Quinn Tupaea last night. Someone told me he'd be back playing club soon so I asked. He said he's back in 3 weeks so hopefully all goes well and he's back for Waikato in the NPC.

Overall, I don’t think we have anything to moan about, even without a championship.

That was a great year with some players becoming real weapons.

In the final, we just weren’t good enough but that doesn’t mean that we should throw any babies out with the bath water.

I’m disappointed but happy with where we are at - a couple of better decisions and we’d be champions - but we have the talent to win next year.

Dmac is now at a Super winning 10 level
We have a super winning team of loosies
    We have weapons out wide
We have depth in the second row and midfield
We have a strong enough front row

Well done boys. I wish we were toasting your championship, but don’t worry about walking down the streets. You didn’t let us down at all and I’m looking forward to seeing these guys and congratulating them on a fantastic year.

@gt12 agreed. I think we're in a good place moving forward.

We have the best coaching staff now, especially since Razor is moving on, which is going to be huge with future recruitment.
